      If there were no stars, I would give one.....every single time I go to this location they are either out of what I want to order or there is a 20 minute wait for them to, I don't know maybe unfreeze and cook the chicken, regardless, there is always some sort of inconvenience. This has been going on for years. I couldn't believe there were no other reviews for this location. I live in Amherst and it would be nice to have one closer, maybe that one shouls be moved. The location isn't the greatest and the service is just terrible. They are always nice and everything, but you have to wait long periods of time or they don't have what you want, and the service is very slow.
