Very bad customer service and rude "management." I sent an email to terminate them today and received a note back with no apology at all for the mess they left us in, just a comment that they would put through payment of our invoice (as I had asked). Before I was through reading the email from QDNP, a credit card notice came in that a payment had been put through by them. They don't waste any time when it comes to collecting their money -- they do, however, waste their customer's/customers' time by not showing up!

Quality has been one of the worst companies to work with. They have no project management past the initial phase and their customer service is some of the worst I have ever dealt with. They screwed up and it cost us money. Luckily we caught their mistake early enough otherwise it would have been a thousand dollar mistake. When we called them on their lack of management they hung up on us. Buyer beware!! Go with any other company! They may have been good years ago but they are now the worst

Great Pool Installer with a 40 year reputation serving New England

I had a great experience with Quality Pools. On time, budget and the quality is excellent!

We had Quality install a pool for us 4 years ago. I have been very disapointed for a high priced gunite pool. It is a white pool that turned brown 2 years ago without much explanation and required an expensive acid wash. Now the stamped concret around the pool is crumbling. After just 4 years the surface is chipping off and Quality spent the last year telling me they do not know why it happened and the warranty is only 1 year. Now that I have agreed to pay for the fix I can't get them to schedule a time to repair it. I would not recommend Quality Design Pools for someone looking at a new pool
