One night awhile back my wife and I decided to try ordering food for delivery from The Sub for the first time. When the food arrived, we paid the driver, he left, and my wife then discovered that she got the wrong pizza. I called and asked the owner if he could please bring the pizza we had ordered and I told him I would be happy to give the driver the wrong pizza back as well as an additional tip for his trouble. The owner proceeded to call me "SCUM" and "TRASH" and told me to drive over to get my money back!!! I did drive over and get my money back, at which point the owner was just as rude to me in person. He should really put some thought into how he treats people. I have told everyone I know about this. It would be a real shame if The Sub went out of business!!!
