My family and I have used Knowles for many years - through proms, anniversaries, weddings, birthdays, and other celebrations and occasions. Their flowers are always lovely and of the best quality and their delivery is dependable. A wonderful local business that has served this community for a long time.

Do not use this flower shop. The owner manager is very disrespectful and rude. I took time off from work to go to their shop and place the order personally so I could get exactly what I wanted. It was a gift to my wife for our anniversary. I told the saleswoman, who was not friendly and far from customer oriented, that I wanted Gerber daisies and sunflowers and button mums. I told her do not use regular mums or carnations. I basically wanted a bouquet of daisies with sunflowers and button mums. What I got was 2 Gerber daisies, 3 carnations, 1 purple lily, 2 buttercups, 1 snap dragon stem. This cost me almost $60.00!! I could have bought a better and pretty bouquet at any Stop and Shop. When I called to discuss this with the owner, Frank, he became incredibly defensive and rude and even hung the phone up on me. I was shocked at his response and attitude. DO NOT USE THIS SHOP UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES! Go to your local grocery store instead.

I ordered flowers the day before online and they had not been delivered by 1:45pm. I called Knowles Flower Shop to make sure there was not a problem. Not only was I received gruffly - but the manager was down-right rude. She said the flowers had been delivered. They had not. They were delivered an hour later. All I needed was assurance and an guarantee...in a nice customer service way. The only interaction I had with them was negative and cantankerous. This company needs a lesson in "customer service." All that the manager said could have been said in a supportive and accommodating way. They clearly are too busy to provide service in a nice way.Next time I will look for nicer alternatives. Sending flowers should be a happy experience. That five minute phone call will not give them another chance by me. I suggest others do the same.
