I called them this morning (Saturday) at 11:30 because we had no heat and they were here b y 12:30. Erik was courteous, professional and extremely helpful. He explained the issue and fixed the problem within an hour. We would consider them in the future when we replace our cheap boiler with a quality boiler.

I called Main Stream one evening at 1:30 a.m. because I had no heat and they arrived by about 2:15 a.m and in about 1 hour they had my problem resolved. Even at that late hour the technician was very professional and upbeat. I would recommend Main Stream and will certainly use them again in the future.

Main Stream came to my home for a no heat call very late at night. They were genuinely concerned that I had no heat. The technician was very knowledgeable and professional. He diagnosed the problem with my boiler and made the repair. He explained the problem as well as what he was going to do to fix it.. He was very courteous and very meticulous. I will use them in the future and would highly recommend them.

I scheduled an appointment for service which I had arranged to be home from work for. That morning the company had the nerve of calling to tell me they wouldnt be coming because of other jobs they had in progress. Having lost half of a vacation day over this I was upset and the receptionist was rude of all things. When they did finally agree to send someone out as they were supposed to in the first place they tracked mud in on my new carpets and charged almost double what should have been. I knew plumbers had a bad wrap - but now I know why. Don't hire Main Stream Mechanical unless you are looking to pay too much and get a migraine at the same time.
