Absolute worst rental company ever. DO NOT RENT WITH THEM!! 1. We didn't have window screens. We had to call 3 times to finally get a maintenance order placed. They claimed not to have any in stock, so we waited 2 wks. We were robbed by someone going through one of our windows. That day, we called them and told them, and they immediately had a screen to put on. 2. First month I lived there, I parked in what I thought was a parking lot affiliated with our apartment. I was towed and spoke with them about it. In none of the paperwork or showings did they tell us it was off limits. They told me I was ignorant to think I could park there and refused to reimburse my $200 for the tow. 3. There was a plumbing issue, which was not related to our apartment specifically but the entire building. 1 room was completed flooded and unlivable. The entire aparmtent smelled of mold, and we had to move out for a 2 weeks. They refused to give us any kind of rent refund even though we HAD to move out.
