This morning, Saturday Feb 25th, I took a new cartridge into the store in American Fork, UT that would not print (I did not even buy it at Think Ink) and the worker "fixed" it at no cost to me. Every time I go the workers are so helpful. It is a great place to get your cartridges filled and they always give great customer service.

A friend told me he has been going to Think Ink for years to get his cartridges refilled. I was skeptical and had tried another refill service about a year ago...a nationally known office store. They threw it into some machine and when I took it home, it didn't work. They refunded my money but had no clue what was wrong. Just some kid running a machine. The staff at Think Ink was very friendly and knowledgeable. It took them about 10 minutes to fill my cartridges. Both my cartridges are working great. They even told me they can fill many cartridges more full than the original levels. I will definitely be back. Savings of about $30 on my 2 cartridges.
