This medical center has by far the worst scheduling system I've ever seen. The facilities are clean, people are friendly but in the 4 visits our family has made, our average wait time is close to 2 hours. Each time we've been there it's taken over 15 minutes just to check in, then you sit in the waiting room about 1.5 hours. Once they call your name and place you in a room, you get to wait another 20 minutes for the doctor to actually show up. I understand they're running a business and they want to see as many patients as possible but it's so disrespectful to show so little care for other people's time.
