Last week I was at 5 stars (trani rebuild '01 Focus), this week at giving-the-benefit-of-the-doubt three. The first conversation resulted in $200 estimate for EGR sensor replacement. I called them back and agreed to $150 EGR sensor replacement. So...traditional, car dealership, try to take advantage at some point, us against them scenario. Part = $66 so they tried to charge me $130 for 15 minutes and I agreed to pay $90. I feel like I should of taken it to the shop I checked the price with; he was $50 cheaper. Seems he quoted a more reasonable labor rate.
I was in desperate need to get a vehicle as fast as possible to get my family around and I called Ken Graff to see if they had any vehicles available. I got to work with Chad Smith in the American fork dealership and he was amazing! He got me in a car within an hour and we had all off the financial things worked out just as fast. I'm more then satisfied with the service and I love everyone there that is willing to help.
We found a vehicle we were interested in through the internet and Edison Morales helped us get what we wanted. We were super impressed with Edison and Kenny, the assistant manager to help answer questions about the vehicle. The finance guy, Shelton, was so nice and fun to work with and helped us decide the best way to go in financing our vehicle. I would strongly suggest all friends and family to go to this dealership. They treat you with respect, very helpful and fun to deal with. We are super impressed with this dealership!!!!

Best experience I have had with buying a vehicle. Salesperson was very kind, very patient with my multiple visits while making a decision and best of all no pressure. Ask for Carl Johnson.
I went in to see Mike since I was referred to him by my sister. He was so great to work with and helped me get the car I really wanted for a price that was really great. He is someone who makes you feel comfortable and I couldn't be happier with my experience. I would recommenced this dealership to anyone, and especially recommend Mike. He is trustworthy, honest, and very friendly!
Just some feedback on the folks at Ken Garff Ford. I bought my F-150 from them and I was surprised how easy they made it. It was a nice no-BS sale and I got a decent price too.
