My uncle just moved in here and so far so good... He loves it and feels safe. It's great because they watch out for each other and there is a comon place for them to meet and talk. Very nice apartments with accomodations for the elderly. Has a hand rail in the halls and a button they can push in the bath or in the bedroom if they need urgent help. I have seen him come out of his shell and has a reason to get up and go in the mornings. There is only 3 men to over a hunded women though. Could use some more men living here. They should have more places like this one. It alows our elderly family members stay independent and have some money left over to have some fun. They go by 30% of their income and this includes electric. Every thing was new in the apartment. Very Clean through out.
