Congregation Beth Or offers was founded in 1954, and is located in Maple Glen, Pa. It serves the Jewish people by providing a place where they may worship and where the teachings of Judaism may be known. It provides online encyclopedias on Judaism which covers Jewish beliefs, people, places, things, language, scripture, holidays, practices and customs. It offers a wide variety of courses to enrich Jewish lives and also provides Torah study. Its library serves more than 800 families and has a collection of nearly 3,000 books, 200 videos and subscriptions to current newspapers and periodicals. Its library collections meet the religious, cultural, social and educational needs. Congregation Beth Or s men's club program promotes various Jewish religious activities.
