I realize it was 5 minutes before closing time, but I only needed 10 minutes or less to purchase what I needed. Right at 8:00, I had an employee standing over my shoulder. Since when is it more important to lock your doors on time rather than give a customer a couple of minutes to finish their shopping? (and I do mean less than 5 minutes). By the way, my purchases, (which I left in an aisle), would have added $75.00-$100.00 to your day's receipts. I think some of your employees could use a bit of customer-service training. I realize staying late is a pain, but I do it frequently in my job. To me, the customer still comes first.
