Provided by YPmobileWorst customer service ever!! started with a bill that should be $117. a month and they sent a bill thats $400! they have been messing up my account since ive moved and still wanna add extra charges for their mistake!! i reget using suddenlink and NEVER will ever again and i dont suggest it to anybody unless u wanna get the run around

Suddenlink has a monopoly in Amarillo, and they definitely take advantage of it. We pay 85$ a month for 200mbps internet.... but we only get 30mbps (this is on a good day), even though they've been out 3 separate times to check it and made us pay to run a new cable. They also charge a 10$ late fee if your payment is ONE DAY LATE! I have never in my life had a company do this. I can understand 2 weeks or maybe a week.. but one day is ridiculous. Come on suddenlink stop being greedy and at least pretend you give a damn about your customers.
Suddenlink is by far, the absolute worst experience I have ever had with a cable/ Internet provider!! Customer service is a joke, and representatives are extremely rude. When I called to cancel after being misled and overcharged, they conveniently forgot to put it in the system and kept charging me anyway. Unbelievably horrible experience!! Would not recommend to anyone.

Provided by YPmobileWe had constant problems with the Internet and it was 2 speeds up from their basic... we couldn't watch Netflix on TV and Facebook on our phones at the same time because it slowed it down so dramatically or Facebook just wouldn't load! I had to unplug the box Non Stop due to it saying there was no Internet connection and then that would fix it for a day or so... never would I ever recommend them!

I got internet because i was told it was unlimited and guess what i hit the limit and was tol some of the reps say unlimited because no one really hits it welll guess what i did and ive been online chating with shondra and it took foorever to get a response now its taking forever to get my issues fixxed
Ever since the "upgrade" the service fades about every 5-10 minutes. I had the serviceman come over 3-4 times but the service is still the same if not worst. It is so frustrating to try to do anything online just to have it log off. Just to place this comment, it has taken about four tries already. Fix it Suddenlink, I am taking classes online and I need it to work.

I called to just get a price I cant imagine what I would do if I had service here the lady I spoke to was so rude so impolite . never will I call again

First month in having suddenlink, I set up auto withdraw to wave the installation fees. After they installed the cable, the installer took me OFF of auto withdraw and cause me to rack up late fees. I called Sudddenlink this and they told me of this issue, but still made me pay the late fees. NOT my problem...so I guess the customer is not valued and not ALWAYS right even when they found THEIR OWN mistake!!!! SCAM!!! ...MONOPOLY!!! Last I checked....illegal in the States!

Absolutely terrible service. My internet has not worked for 2 weeks and everytime i call i get a recording that transfers ne and then promptly ends my call. I am looking to switch service providers

I have had Internet problems for a while now. Mike Sheppard rang my door bell very promptly this morning. He began working & checking everything. He is the only one that found all the problems with my Internet. He cleaned up everything perfectly. THANK YOU Mike for relieving my frustrations & stress! Bundling with Suddenlink IS the way to go.

Provided by YP.comI have had good luck with Suddenlink (formerly Cox) when I have to call in for my cable or internet. They are fast to answer the phone and offer fast help.
