It was so fun. I didn't even have to try and smile because the photographer made me laugh so much that I couldn't stop smiling. I loved the fact that the portraits were me and I didn't look like I was faking it. I will want to go to The Photo Store for any pictures down the road. I love them!
I have been a customer at The Photo Store for a long time. I am a photographer and can not believe the ugly remarks about Derrick. First of all he has never been anything but professional. There have been numereous times he has helped me. I personally ask for him on certain things. This review is so bazarr! In fact I've never had trouble with any employee. If I needed anything changed it has never been a problem. Sounds as though this person needs to remember the understanding of kindness. Also there is not a person perfect, much less two people seeing the same thing alike. I can truthfully say Derrick is a very good employee and he can always help me and he is professional at all times!!!
Last year my daughter had a slideshow made for her son who was graduating from high school. It was excellent and very impressive. This year, however, a new guy, Derrick, made one for her second son who is graduating. It was unbelievably poor work. He removed pictures at his discretion and didn't crop the edges of Polaroid pictures! Not only that, but family members had written words of congratulation and he added them to the slideshow just as we had sent them in to him. They were placed at the top of white pages in regular font, not centered or enlarged, which made them impossible to read. My daughter then took last year's slideshow in to him to TRY to help him get the idea, but instead he went crazy on her! He started yelling at her, told her to leave and YELLED at her not to look at the other customers when she left. Apparently he had made copies before she had even reviewed the original. I would never recomment this place. It is horrible and $1.00 was too expensive for this very inferior work!!!
