Northwest Wound Care Center and HBO The Northwest Wound Care Center and HBO, a service partnering Northwest Texas Healthcare System and Diversified Clinical Services, provides quality wound management. The Center understands the underlying conditions that cause acute and chronic wounds: diabetes, poor circulation, infections¿ to name but a few. A team of specialists trained in wound care - general surgeons, plastic surgeons, podiatrists and registered nurses - work together to heal your wound. Radiology, surgery, rehab... all the related services are done right here. So you don't need to travel to get high level wound care. The staff also helps you learn how to take care of yourself, too. In fact, since chronic wounds are so often associated with diabetes, the NWTHS Diabetes Center (nationally recognized by the American Diabetes Association) offers educational classes every month.
