My husband and I bought $4,074.61 worth of flooring and a 10 x 10 foot building on 11-10-14. We had a man who would start as soon as it came it in about 1 week. A message left on our phone on 11-17-14 said our things were in. We left for Amarillo to get our things. When we got there ,no one knew what we were talking about. It took us about 3 1/2 hours to finally get loaded. At that time we knew we were short our underlayment and some tape. It was supposed to come anyday. Well, it didn't. Someone in Lowe's told us they would get some from the other store there and ship it to us. They didn't do that either. After many phone calls later, we recieved our underlayment from a Lowe's in Moore, OK. Needless to say, our man had to go on to another job and here we are stuck with the house in a mess and we are having our Children home for Christmas. I hope everyone involved at Lowe's has a Very Merry Christmas, We will, mess and all. Scotts in Guymon, OK
