Meticulously sourced // Roasted with precision. Evocation is a micro roastery in Amarillo, Texas committed to changing the way you experience coffee. Founded in 2009, we've built a nation-wide following through our commitment to the craft and science of coffee roasting and brewing. Roman and Amy Leal started Evocation in their garage when they were 17. The couple shared a vision for bringing expertly roasted coffee, meticulously prepared drinks and uncompromising customer service to the people of their hometown. They named their company "Evocation", because they wanted to evoke the very best qualities out of the coffee and themselves. Ordering from Evocation guarantees you coffee of the highest caliber, roasted to order and sourced with the most stringent ethical standards. We pride ourselves on only offering coffees that are truly exceptional, exciting and worthy of our sensational customers.
