Prompt and on time. But was not pleased with the amount of carpet cleaning I received ! I moved everything out but the larger pieces. Couch ,love seat , chair and ottoman.. I small dining table and 4 chairs. The only furniture that got moved were 2 end tables and 2 recliners. And they are still sitting on my patio 3 hours later. He said " I " could put them back in the house in 6 hours. I moved the love seat which I purposely put in the center of the room and the carpet is DRY under it !! I will not use them again !!

We have had them out a couple of times and they have come through with flying colors. These are the folks I call everytime I have a need.
I made an appointment for Carpet Tech to come out to my house and clean all the carpets. I moved all of the furniture off the floor, even the beds! With three kids this was a huge task. But 15 minutes before my appointment I recieved a call saying they needed to change my appointment to the next day because they had too many emergency calls come in due to a thunderstorm the night before. While I do understand an emergency I had my house upside down waiting for them. I believe they should have dealt with the appointment they already had first. I had to have another company come out to clean my carpets and they arrived within 2 hours. I will never attempt to use Carpet Tech again.
