Buns Over Texas first opened it's doors in Amarillo in 1989. We have been serving great burgers, cheese fries, dogs, chicken, fish and many other menu items for over 22 years. Gary Hutchens, the owner, comes from a long line of restaurateurs. His grandfather Fred, owned and operated Pampa's hamburger restaurant, Fred's, for many, many, years. His father has owned and operated many restaurants such as The Seafood Galley, and David's Steaks and Seafood, before retiring.
