After having a difficult time with my claim, I found out this shop does not work well with insurance companies. They wrote a very expensive estimate on what appeared to be a minor hit on my bumper. My car was totaled and I could not keep the vehicle, because the shop was charging over $3,000 in storage fees. I would not suggest using this shop if you are filing an insurance claim or want your vehicle repaired.
