Didn't know what to think driving up, but once I got inside I thought I was in a different place. It was beautiful. I was offered a drink, I chose a margarita, I had a great massage and pedicure. My husband better get me a gift card for my birthday.

My husband purchased a gift card for me to get a prenatal massage and when he purchased the gift card he told them what it was for. I called to make an appointment and they inform me that they only have a male massage therapist and the female they hired would not start for at least 5 weeks. I am not comfortable using a male and I will be almost due in 5 weeks so I ask for a refund since there are not any other services I would like to use and they will not give me a refund. I think it is poor customer service to not mention that there is not a female massage therapist when someone states they are purchasing a gift card for a specific service. I will NEVER use them or suggest using them!!!!

I would not reccomend Awaken Spa to anyone! The therapist I had for my facial was extremlely rude and very pushy on trying to make me buy products when all I wanted was to relax! And they are not all up-to-date on everthing, the microderm machine they usee is the crystals.

I would not recommend Awakenspa to anyone, including the girl who stole my prom date in '91!!! It was the worst experience I have ever encountered. What I needed was a relaxing day away from the office; what I got was the most uncomfortable two and a half hours of my life. Sure, it is a beautiful facility, indeed, that is was drew me there. However, my facialist was inexperienced, the massage therapist was completely inappropriate, and the locker room smelled a bit like my great grandmother's basement, bless her soul. I had to give at least one star, so here awakenspa, here is your star for the great box wine; it reminded me of my undergrad years, and for that I thank you.
Booked 3 appointments, 1 at 2:00 2 at 3:00. 1st appointment finally seen at 3:20. The other 2 appointments that were booked for 3:00 1 was finally seen at 3:30 the other appointment which was myself at 4:45 I decided I would not wait any longer. It does not matter how much water and wine is offered when you have been waiting 1 hour and 45 minutes to be seen. They were disorganized,the free face imaging that was offered with any treatment was provided by only 1 person that knew what they were doing and I was the test subject for the receptionist that needed to learn how to work the machine. I did not receive my facial because I just got tired of waiting. I was told that certain clients showed up late which put their whole timing off an they apologized for the long wait but I was not willing to wait any longer. After talking with my friends who were seen their comments were not the best facial they have ever had and not worth the wait.
