We bought a van there a week ago and it had a crack in the windshield which they said they would fix. My wife dropped off the van and told it would be about 45 minutes. They asked her if she wanted a ride to the mall so she did not have to wait at the dealership and they would call her when it was finished. Two hours later she called and is told the window is drying and they will send someone to get her. After 30 more minutes she called and was told the person was on their lunch break and would be over when they got back. She had to wait another hour before she was finally picked up. Needless to say we will never be back to Dean Patterson for anything. Their customer service is awful and they were total unapologetic about the situation.

I have always had a bad attitude towards car dealers and I've had good reason for that based on past experiences, but Dean Patterson has TOTALLY changed my opinion. I shop on-line for everything. I don't have time to window shop or listen to sales pitches. I emailed the Dean Patterson dealership after hours. Not only did I receive an immediate response, but we continued our discussion that evening until we had virtually completed the transaction. All I had left to do was bring in my trade-in for an appraisal. The next day I did and within minutes my new car was ordered. The next business day, I was driving my new car home. I had already dealt with several dealerships in trying to arrange purchasing this car and Dean Patterson gave me an incredible deal that beat all the competition in price and speed at which I received my customized vehicle. They even found cheaper financing for me than we had originally agreed to. I have absolutely no hesitation highly recommending them to anyone.

Poor, Poor, Poor Service.... What does quality assurance mean to Dean Patterson Chevrolet? Well let me tell you my story. My truck, sold by Dean Patterson, a 2006 Silverado 1500 Southern Comfort Edition, average price of $40000, now has 17500 miles. The GM 3 year/36000 mile warranty will run out July 31st 2010. The vehicle developed an exhaust leak and will not be covered by Dean Patterson Chevrolet because Southern Comfort, a conversion company hired by Dean Patterson and other dealers, went out of business. Now Dean Patterson refuses to honor the warranty because they will not be compensated by Southern Comfort. Anybody else with this same unresolved problem, please contact me at CorrectionsK9 at aol.com regarding legal action.
