just wanted you to know that I needed a roll off dumpster lately and called you first because you are my trash hauler. 3 or 4 different times I was put on hold saying I was the first caller in the queue but no one ever answered. I waited and waited and kept hearing the same recording. maybe you better check the definition of first caller. I went elsewhere to get my service. thank you

Their customer service is HORRIBLE. I've left msgs on their answering machine 3 different times that were NEVER returned. The bad part is that I was calling to start NEW SERVICE... i wasn't a complaining customer... I had money to give to them! I think they've gotten too big to really care about any one customer. I refuse to spend my money with them now... that's for sure.

Burgmeier Hauling has been our service for years on Piney Ridge. The service is good and they are respectful of property. We have a small building specifically for storing the garbage so the animals don't get in it, They use the door properly without tearing it off the hingers. We recently had our driveway paved so they go to another spot on our property to turn the truck, Connie Putt

I had a new grill not two weeks old earlier back at the end of May and they took it when they picked up the trash and i had to replace it at my own cost and then today 9/20/11 they just tryed to take it again and found it thankfully chained to the porch so they just left it laying on its side i will not be retaining their services in the future and if you do, make sure anything they would like to have is chained down!

Good company, OK prices, less than stellar customer service. Don't expect to ever reach someone live on the phone the first time you call.
