Operational for more than 35 years, the Home Nursing Agency is a nonprofit organization located in Altoona, Pa. The agency offers adult mental health and child- adolescent partial hospitalization, drug and alcohol, and intensive and resource coordination case management programs. It also offers nursing, therapeutic, medical, social and home health aid services. The Home Nursing Agency additionally offers specialized home care, supportive and long-term care services. In addition, it offers regional coordinates of- home and community-based services throughout the Northeast and mid-Atlantic states. It has more than 700 employees who serves over 18,000 people in nearly 18 counties. The Home Nursing Agency is a United Way member agency.
