DLO Partners is a passionate working place which creates ways to help people reach their maximum potential. The Owner Jeff Schulz has dedicated his career to finding creative solutions for some of the most complex and daunting problems facing communities today. Over the last 35 years, Jeff has had a diverse career in the health care industry. He has direct service experience working in an inpatient psychiatric facility, employed by a large health care system and later working in insurance and managed care. During this tenure, Jeff has gained valuable experience and a unique perspective on the challenges that health care providers face in their attempt to deliver quality and efficient health services. With this knowledge, determination and belief that he could contribute to the solution for some of these challenges, he left the traditional corporate world and opened Brightside Home Care, a full service home health agency focused on providing skilled and compassionate care for both children and adults. While this business grew Jeff remained actively involved, striking a balance between being an engaged owner and allowing his staff the autonomy to handle the clinical needs of their clients. Jeff has always been a holistic thinker and believes that in order to be healthy, the whole person (mind, body and spirit) needs to be nurtured. He listened to his home health staff and realized that many of the clients they helped with physical care may also benefit from mental health care. In order to provide a “holistic solution” to what he believed a “holistic challenge,” he started Brightside Mental Health Clinic (BMHC) providing in-home counseling as well as traditional clinic based outpatient psychotherapy. Jeff has invested his time, energy and capital in building a holistic organization, dedicated to provide those in need the resources to help them reach their full potential. He is committed to building a dynamic team and supporting them with his vast experience and determination.
