I will be taking all of my business elsewhere and telling everyone I know to do the same. It must be nice to have so many customers, that theycan treat people so poorly. I called on Friday at 3:30, asking if someone there could dump a computer code which is a 2 minute task and I live at most 2 minutes away. I was told your business was closing early and even though I said I could be right over, you refused to take the 2 minutes to dump a computer code until Monday. Although I understood it was the Friday before a holiday, our check engine light had just come on, we needed transportion and were afraid to drive the car without knowing if it was safe. I brought that car to another garage who diagnosed the problem. Preferring to have the work done locally, I called to get a cost comparison for the work that the other garage quoted me. The person I spoke with, not only refused to provide me any information, but he was also rude, evasive and condescending and refused.
