Minyon Outlaw, MSN, CNM, WHNP, is a certified nurse-midwife with nearly a decade of labor and delivery experience and a special interest in physiologic birth support. Minyon joined our team from the labor and delivery unit at AdventHealth Winter Park, where she worked for seven years as an on-staff registered nurse, charge nurse, parent educator and assistant nurse manager, respectively. She also previously served on the mother/baby unit and as clinical coordinator for labor and delivery at Heart of Florida Regional Medical Center (now AdventHealth Heart of Florida). Minyon received her Doctorate of Nursing Practice degree from Frontier Nursing University in December 2019. She previously completed her rigorous midwifery clinical training at AdventHealth Altamonte Springs, including more than 700 hours and 43 births attended.
