Unprofessional, Unresponsive to paid customers, Unwilling to back their products! Spent a good amount of $$ with them to re-do our tiers with plants that were 1)easy to maintain 2) were year round plants 3)Full Sun 4) limited growth height. Planted in April and 1 type of plant was dead within 3 months while the others are flourishing. Turns out they planted an annual type of plant in with the others and these all dies within 3 months. These were not the type of plants that met our requirements We relied on their expertise to guide us in our plant suggestions. We were given a list of what would meet our needs and this plant was one of them. Not only did they refuse to take responsibility for the short lived plant and replace them with a plant more suited to it's environment and our needs, but they refused to return phone calls or emails.
