My only issue is, why didn’t someone tell me that I didn’t need to waste my time and his. This based on his statement that it doesn’t need to be done within a ten year span. This should have been caught prior to me visit

Dr. Shepard is a Great Communicator... something you don’t always expect from a Doctor. Very thorough reporting and he talks our language when reviewing.
