I had an upper GI endoscopy four days ago. The nurse Lea calmed me down beforehand. She did a painless IV and told me what to expect. The procedure went very well. I left shortly afterwards. Everyone took great care of me. I am thankful.

Always a great experience

I was a last minute colonoscopy patient. An approaching back surgery with lengthy recovery time, mandated a quick colonoscopy for my (3) year anniversary. Dr. Popli’s staff met with me and I had the procedure 2 days later. Superb service by all!

He listened to me and explained everything so I could understand.

I waited 45 minutes to see the physician. I had plenty of time to observe the texting, gum chewing, masks half off and chatting at the reception desk—particularly the more senior of the two women, The attempt by the overworked/harried nurse to get vitals was cursory at best. There is no way she got a blood pressure reading given the way in which the monitor was put on. Dr. Popli was personable and asked several times if I had questions. The appt was for a screening before a routine colonoscopy so not a lot of questions from me. Overall, I’d give a grade of C based on front desk and interaction with the nurse. I also chose Dr. Popli for the convenience of his location and was not told that procedures are done in another location.
