- Wrongful DeathIf your loved one or family member has died due to negligence or malpractice, you can file a wrongful death lawsuit against the responsible party. There is nothing that can bring the deceased back, but the ability to hold someone responsible for the death can help bring closure to the family.
- Personal InjuryI started in upstate New York in 1977. The practice was general, although I took on many criminal cases and negligence claims. Many resulted in trials which gave me courtroom experience. One of my early trials involved a man who purchased a loaf of bread, cut off the heel and next slice, and made a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. He bit into it and discovered pieces of rusty single edged razor blades embedded in the back of his throat. They had been baked into the bread at a supermarket. Aside from the physical injury, he developed a food phobia, which left him suspicious of ingesting most foods. After 8 plus years, I moved to Florida. In early 1987, I took a position as chief trial lawyer for a large personal injury firm in Orlando. I left them in October 1990 and went on my own. In April 1991, I opened an office at Flea World, in Sanford, Florida. From those modest beginnings, I built a 4400 square foot office in Altamonte Springs, where I have been ever since.
- Medical MalpracticeThere are a number of causes of wrongful deaths, but in all cases, someone either did not do his/her job correctly or ignored the danger, resulting in the fatality. The most common cases include car accidents, medical malpractice, product defects, and workplace accidents, though these are certainly not the only causes.

- Dog BitesHave you or your child been bitten by a dog owned by someone else? Then you may be eligible for compensation for damages sustained. Unfortunately, the vast majority of dog bites are sustained by children, since they tend to be friendly and closer to a dog’s level. A bite can cause severe injury and even death, but even minor injuries can traumatize a young child, leaving him/her frightened for years to come.
