My experience at Mt. Greenwood Auto was nothing short of horrific. It was everything we all fear when putting our trust in a repair shop to fix our vehicles. I was lied to, put back on the road with faulty repairs that were dangerous, charged Ifor work that was never done and left with a multitude of costly problems for repairs that I did not have when I first went there. After being told to take it to court to cover the correct repais I had done elsewhere I did and I'd receive some compensation. But with that came a lot of grief, anger, costs and yet more time off work. I have learned the hard way to document every visit to a repair shop, to make sure the invoice correct before I pay as far as price gouging goes and above all make sure work being charged for is actually done. I did refuse their offer to re-fix my vehicle but the offer came after I left their shop and I had no more trust to give them. I wish I could give negative stars as a rating. Simply awful experience!
