Disappointed. 2 weeks ago visited my mom and her cable was acting up. I called customer service, had a returned call on Monday. Tech was supposed to swing by and see what the problem might be. 2 weeks later same problem. . .fuzzy pictures, Channel pixeling and an increase from $66 to $72 . She`s elderly and on a fixed income. Shame on you
