I found this store to be pretentious and very unfriendly to children, specially since we were buying a piano for that child. The sales guy was ok, but the owner was rude! We went to another store and bought a wonderful piano within 10 minutes! The other store was Yamaha Pianos, just 5 minutes from this place and the sales lady was very friendly and helpful, By the way, the child was not running or banging on the pianos, he was trying to play very softly!
