Ping Mortgage Company was created out of a need for a better way to finance your real estate transactions. We are a group of mortgage professionals who have broad experience and knowledge in real estate finance. We strive to provide the lowest possible interest rates and fees available in the market, and we have achieved it through hard work, teamwork and better use of information technology. We like to say that our services are "built by professionals for busy professionals." Ping Mortgage is the largest independent mortgage broker in Georgia according to data published by Georgia Department Banking and Finance in 2007. Ping Mortgage believes in diversity: what makes us different makes us strong. With staff members speaking a variety of languages including Chinese, Korean, Vietnamese, and many others, we are the preferred lender for many large national and Georgia home builders. Ping Mortgage Company was co-founded and is managed by Ping Zhang and Yale Xiao who have almost 20 years of combined experience in mortgage lending in the Southeastern USA. Ping and Yale work directly with our mortgage clients throughout the entire mortgage origination process from beginning to end. Ping and Yale also work with each loan officer on every deal to insure that the process is smooth and successful. Mrs. Ping Zhang graduated from China's prestigious Tsinghua University with a BS in Electrical Engineering. She is the first Asian American from China who started mortgage business in Georgia in 1995 and was co-owner of Home Pointe Mortgage Inc Ping has extensive knowledge of every aspect of the loan origination and won numerous mortgage industry awards in the past decade. Ping focuses exclusively on loan productions by working closely with mortgage clients. Ping is very active in Atlanta Asian community. Mr. Yale Xiao graduated from University of Miami with a MS in Electrical and Computer Engineering after obtaining his MS & BS degree in Computer Science from Tsinghua University. Before founding Ping Mortgage Company, Yale held several technical and management positions in companies like Bentley Systems Inc, GE and ChoicePoint Inc ( acquired by Reed Elsevier/Lexis Nexis for $4 billion in October 2008. ) His last position was Lead Internet Architect with ChoicePoint Inc. In addition to working directly with mortgage clients, Yale manages the daily operations of the Ping Mortgage. He searches and works with national lenders to make sure our clients get the best interest rates. To ensure the lowest closing cost for his clients, Yale makes full use of the latest technology to reduce operation costs. Yale has been fully committed to the Atlanta local communities for the past decade. He served on the board for three 501 ( c ) non-profit organizations,, and Tsinghua Alumni Association of Georgia ( TAAG ). He was the president for TAAG in 2001. 2001.
