Brought my buddy's Breitling here to get a buff and polish on the case and band. They did an absolutely amazing job! It looks completely brand new! He's coming back from training this week to get his stripes as a Sergeant and I'm happy to say that he will be able to wear his favorite watch looking great in his uniform.

DO NOT GO THERE FOR WATCH REPAIRS - NOT EVEN A BAND SHORTENING!!!

Took a men's Seiko Machinna watch there to have a link removed from the band.

Not only did they take the WRONG link out (they removed the one next to the watch case rather than one next to the band clasp) but they LOST THE LINK and did not return it.

This is VERY bad policy for shortening a watch band. Now I have a collectible watch with a RUINED BAND which I cannot get a replacement for.

Their "watch technician" is an idiot, plain and simple.
