      • Dies: Our dies are laser burnt on our Elcede Laser. • Knife: We have an Idea Servi Form Auto Bender/Nicker and an Adams Easy Bender machine. The Idea machine allows us to create custom configuration(s) of Perf, Cut/Crease, and/or Nicked knives. We can accurately, consistently, and quickly produce knives on either auto bender the first time and/or on any subsequent reknifes. • Counters: We make both Phenolic and Steel Counter Plates on our Onsrud Milling Machine. • Blankers: We are the 1st BSI Certified Blanker Manufacturer in the US (BSI is the only blanking system recommended by Bobst ). We produce the full complement of Blankers; Full Frame Press Ready Female Blankers, Male Blankers, Flat Top Blankers, Universal Grids, Grid Bars, etc. We have an Automated BSI Blanking Bender machine that allows us to produce bent blanker bars quickly and accurately. • Strippers: We make 3 different style Stripping Units; Standard conventional strippers, Strip Clip Strippers, and Easy Strippers (Power Striping system using Crowned Pins) produced on our BoxPlan Easy Setter machine. We are a full-service Die Maker and Manufacturer of top quality, High-speed Die Cutting, Counters, Stripping, and Blanking tools: • Rubber: Our rubber is WaterJet Cut on our MarbaJet WaterJet Cutter. We have a full complement of rubber types and thickness.
