With no knowledge of how a car works, it would have been very easy for them to have taken advantage of my naivety and tell me I needed unnecessary repairs but that isn't the way they work. These are the most honest, sincere people who take the time to talk with their customers and treat them as they themselves would want to be treated. As someone who understands the mechanical workings of cars, I appreciate the fact that they take the time to physically show me what is needed to be done, even to the point of putting it on the lift so that I can see first hand. Their rates are excellent, and having a woman owner gives me peace of mind when one of my three daughters take their cars in, as I know they will be treated fairly. I highly recommend these folks!

Final bill was more than double the verbally quoted price. They took weeks to complete work that should have been done in days. They never provided a written quote, only verbal, and never asked for an "ok" from me when starting additional work. After paying an outrageous price, and waiting weeks for my car, the same problem returned as soon as I left their lot. An inspection by another provider revealed that they had never performed the work at all. When attempting to get the repair done right, they told me I'd have to wait three more days while they had bigger jobs to do. They were so arrogant and self absorbed, they couldn't even understand why I was upset. When you screw up somebody's car, you fix it first. You don't tell someone in that position that they have to get to the back of the line.
