I purchased my truck from Loudon Motors of Minerva in September of 2015. Was treated very good as a client. I brought my truck in for its first service, with 4200 miles on it, on December 23. I recvd a call in the afternoon stating my truck was wrecked One the service reps took it out for a test drive to see if he could identify a noise, and lost control, sheering a telephone pole completely along w a mail box, sent the truck airborne, then took 120' to come to a stop. All at 40mph!?!?? I called the GM the Saturday afterwards, and conveyed to him I did not want the truck back due to the lie and the abuse the service rep put my truck through. He said he would work w me once the insurance est came back. I put $10k down & made 3 pyts. In order for me to get into an exact match, I would have to invest $7k. After 3 weeks, its in body shop. I know what state law says. They want it repaired and offer me $1k for inconveniences. 6-8 wks w/out truck. What would you do?

I was wanting to replace a leaking water pump tube on my 4.2 f150. I called Loudon Motors dept and spoke to Ed Cooke. He was able to find me The inlet tube which no parts stores could. I will buy alot more from Ed and the Loudon Motor Crew. Randy Williams.
