The Lehigh County Conference of Churches is an association of more than 140 churches and faith organizations that provide community-based services. Its Aspires Personal Mentoring program offers educational support to children. The organization offers housing and employment assistance for adults and senior citizens with mental disabilities and HIV and AIDS. The Lehigh County Conference of Churches also provides a variety of ecumenical programs. Additionally, it offers health care, case management and transportation services. The organization provides emergency medical prescriptions and works in association with Sacred Heart, Lehigh Valley and St. Luke's hospitals. The Lehigh County Conference of Churches also offers nutrition services. It provides a newsletter, as well as community resources guides. The organization is located in Allentown, Pa.
