Not impressed. The person that originally came to me house (the son?) was very knowledgable about my project and understood what I wanted to achieve with my project. I received the estimate and had a few questions about the details so I called the office. I asked for Pat, which I found out was also the fathers name because my call was transferred to him. That is fine, I assumed he would be just as knowledgable on the project. WRONG!!! After talking to the "owner/father" it is clear to see why they send out the son, he it the only one who knows anything about construction & is respectful to customers! I took my work somewhere else. I'm glad I happen to speak with the father, it made me realize the lack of respect and ability to answer simple questions. My recommendation: go somewhere else, or make sure that the father is NOT involved.
