I am very disappointed with this salon. I have been going there for a while and love the stylist that I found, but unfortunatly I will no longer be going there. I was just there this week and now they raised their prices not just $5 but $10 for color services. I think that is absolutly ridiculous!! I have never been charged almost $200 to get my hair done at any salon. I will not be going back there. Its a nice salon, but not that nice appearence wise. There are much better looking salons that I can relax at and not pay that much. Hopefully they stop getting money hungry and realize that we are in a recession and thats one thing women will still spend money on themselves if they can.

I completely disagree with dropdeadred's review of her massage. I recently spent the day at the same salon and I had a great experience there. I had gotten a giftcard for a mani, pedi, massage and facial and was excited to use it. All of my services were great and very relaxing. All of the staff was so nice to me and very helpful and knowledgeable. And my massage was especially relaxing and stress relieving.

I had a wonderful experience at this salon. This was the best haircut that I have ever had. All employees were very helpful and professional. Would recommend this salon to all of my friends.

horrible service. Had problems with a service they provided and tried to resolve the problem with the salon and they flat out refused to accommodate me. I was not unreasonable at all with my request just ask that they live up to there 100% satisfaction guarantee which they did not. The owner and manger were completely rude and uncooperative. I do not recommend this salon at all!
