I grew up in Hellertown, PA, and am delighted to be back in the Valley near family and friends after being away for nearly 15 years.I value the opportunity to get to know patients and offer solutions for their health needs in a comprehensive and compassionate manner. I received my undergraduate degree from the University of Rochester in Rochester, NY, where I majored in biomedical engineering. I went on to Duke University Medical Center and worked in biomedical engineering research for 3 years before deciding to become a physician.I earned my medical degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where I found my passion for Gynecology and Obstetrics. In 2020, I completed my gynecology and obstetrics residency training at the University of Rochester Medical Center, where I received high quality training in high risk obstetrics and hands on training in a variety of surgical techniques including Da Vinci assisted hysterectomy. During my residency, I received awards for excellence in academics, research, female pelvic medicine and minimally invasive gynecologic surgery. My clinical interests range broadly from contraception and family planning, fertility, obstetrics, breastfeeding medicine, postpartum mood disorders, endometriosis, PCOS, uterine fibroids, chronic pelvic pain, sexual dysfunction, LGBTQ health, urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse and menopausal medicine. I have surgical training and expertise in hysteroscopy, surgical miscarriage management, endometrial ablation, laparoscopy for ovarian cysts or ectopic pregnancy, laparoscopic tubal ligation, mid-urethral sling for stress urinary incontinence, minimally invasive hysterectomy including both conventional laparoscopy and robotic (DaVinci-assisted) and cesarean delivery. When I’m not working, I enjoy spending quality time with my family and friends, going on walks with thedog, camping and backpacking and cooking meals for others.
