..my first contact with larry krause,owner of queen city insulation was in the early 80s..larry in sulated my fathers 20 plus room,victorian funeral home.larry pumped in over ONE AND A THIRD TONS..THATS RIGHT TONS.of insulation in one very long day..results were an instant 65% savings in heating costs..my second meeting took place a few years later when larry and his professional crew blew an extra six inches of insulation over the existing six inches of fiberglass batting...again and instant 35% savings on my heating bill...im in the process of building a new home...after fighting with my contactor,(i insisted on queen city insulation).to use queen city.i saved close to 800 hundred dollars over his sub contrctor price PLUS I KNOW THE JOB WILL BE DONE RIGHT !!!! I would recommend Queen City Heating & Insulation Co to anyone wanting to save money on their heating bills. Larry(owner) insulated my ranch house, brick walls & ceiling. I was a little nervous about him drilling holes in my brick, but you can hardly notice where he drilled. In the end my heating & cooling bills have dropped by almost half. It was nice dealing w/ a contractor who promplty returned my calls, showed up when he said that he was going to & answered all of my questions & concerns as they arose. I had had issues in the past with other contractors being no shows & dodging my calls. This was never the case with Larry. He does quality work, was reasonably priced & a pleasure doing business with.

Pleasant and professional. They were highly recommended and lived up to it! The guys showed up on time and did a great job with the blown in insulation. Everything was neat and clean when they left. There's a noticeable difference in the temperature of the house, can't wait to see how it impacts the electric bill.

I had Queen City (ie Larry and team) re-insulate my 1988 home attic from R30 to "Who knows what ?", and I'll tell you this.. Huge lowering in my electric bill ! Very professional company, true on their estimate, and clean up nicely when done. Meticulos in his/their work. Couldn't recommend any more highly.
