Hi and thank you for considering Modern Orthopedic and Sports Massage. My clients and their reasons for massage are diverse. From the busy executive who is stressed out to the athlete looking for that edge. I have worked on bad backs, sore necks, stiff shoulders, IT bands and many other complaints. I have clients are male and female, young and old. I design a massage for YOU. This will not be a "fluff and buff" massage. I pay attention to the muscles I am working on throughout your massage. I also do not believe massage must be painful to be effective. While there may be some discomfort with certain injuries or exercise induced muscle soreness it will be kept to a minimum.
