Founded in 1964, Lily daVid is a family-owned business that provides garment manufacturing, embroidery services, crystallization and four-color process digital printing. It offers embroidery, crystallization and printing of woven shirts, headwear, knit shirts, fleece, T-shirts, outerwear, active-wear and accessories. The company produces more than 150,000 pieces per week. It operates through the use of 400-plus embroidery heads, including heads with 15-inch, jumbo fields and heads with increased fields for hats; a Gerber cutting machine for custom appliqu s; a folding, bagging and heat-sealing machine; and a four-color process digital printer. Lily daVid employs a staff of more than 70 full-time employees, including in-house artists and digitizers. The company is headquartered in Allentown, Penn.
