- NeurolysisThis injection, generally performed as an outpatient procedure under local anesthesia, relieves low back and leg pain most often caused by scarring from a prior back surgery. The procedure is performed with the patient lying face down with a cushion placed under the stomach.
- UltrasoundWhen we receive your referral from your physician, we will contact you to set up initial evaluation. We will ask to see any records of prior pain management treatments before setting up an appointment. After we set up an appointment, we will refer you to filling out new patient information forms prior to your appointment. Once we completely evaluate your situation, we will design a specific treatment plan for you. We offer complete diagnostic studies such as X-rays, MRIs, EMGs, and more to assist us in finding the primary pain cause. Additionally, we perform injections, such as nerve blocks, for diagnostic and therapeutic purposes. These are done in a short period of time under X-ray or ultrasound guidance, with minimal discomfort.

- SciaticaThis condition is an irritation or compression of one or more nerve roots in the lumbar spine. Because these nerves travel to the hips, buttocks, legs and feet, an injury in the lumbar spine can cause symptoms in these areas. Sciatica may result from a variety of problems with the bones and tissues of the lumbar spinal column.
- Pinched NerveThis injection relieves pain in the neck, shoulders, and arms caused by a pinched nerve (or nerves) in the cervical spine. Conditions such as herniated discs, spinal stenosis, or radiculopathy can compress nerves, causing inflammation and pain. The medication injected helps decrease the swelling of nerves.
- Physical TherapyChronic pain affects all aspects of a patient’s life, with the patient often experiencing depression, frustration and anger as a result of changes that occur in his or her life. Because chronic pain is a complicated problem, a number of different treatments may be indicated, including medications, nerve blocks, physical therapy and/or psychological referrals.
