I refer everyone I know to Dr Karen and everyone has thanked me. Not only is Karen a fantastic vet (I take ALL of my animals to her) but she keeps her prices low enough that people aren't forced to choose between paying their mortgages or properly caring for their pets. People don't feel helpless.

My new Rottweiler puppy had parvo and they went out of their way to help. Dr. Hess came in on her day off, they explained everything VERY well, they were very compassionate, and they have the best prices around. I have to say that they are the best veternarian office I have ever been to. Amazing care at reasonable prices, you can't ask for more.

I left my previous vet. because they did not seem to know how to handle my dogs epilepsy plus their prices were skyrocketing. Ive heard from others the positive results they have received from changing to Dr. Hess. She was the first one to check the thyroid of my dog that turned out to be very low and she is working very hard to stabilize the seizures, Im very happy that I am now bringing my dogs to Dr. Hess and Dr. Milot. 5 Stars for the Doctors and Staff! I hope in time to come you are able to become a hospital.

I Love Dr. Karen's critter care they treat me and my pet wonderful, the staff there is wonderful but there is one employee there that i do like and is always welcoming is a young lady called Angie, she is always smiling no matter what. all the other staff is great as well but this young lady knows what customer service is really about she is great.

All staff we beyond helpful and could not have treated my dog better. Information was conveyed clearly concerning my pets symptoms as well as the billing procedure. A vet tech named Lisa (i believe) was extremely helpful and friendly.

Was a long time member until recently. The staff is what made me change vets. I would call in prescriptions each month giving a few days notice. When I would show up, the staff not only didn't have the prescriptions ready, but they would INSIST I never called them in! This coupled with a few billing issues over the past 6 months made me go elsewhere.

At first, I LOVED this place. AT FIRST! As a long time client, I had a lot of confidence in Dr. Hess and her staff. Unfortunately, I have been VERY disappointed in the way the staff interacts with me as a client, and with my pets. I used to think all animals were their priority, not anymore. Something has changed in the entire demeanor of the staff and vets in this practice. I even had a discussion in the waiting room with another client that said it's not just me! It used to be worth the $$$$ ypou spend, not anymore. I'm looking for a new place!

Dr. Karen Hess is an amazing vet! Straight forward with her clients...loves animals. I always feel comfortable there!

I love the feeling of confidence the Dr. And the whole staff (including their Groomer) gives to me and my dog Sarah. Took a stray pit bull there (who was emotionally stressed) and they handled her professionally with much compassion and patience!

New client of hers and couldn't be more satisfied. Never imagined I could find such a caring vet who is AFFORDABLE! My cat became quite sick and I couldn't afford to take him to my regular vet. Dr. Hess has been treating him for a few weeks for a life-threatening problem and the total for all his diagnosis and treatment has been under $200! Sometimes there isn't even a charge for a visit, just the meds. I have been recommending her to all my pet-owner friends.
