Provided by Doctor.comI have been a patient of Dr. Lebby's for over 6 years. I have had both my left, in June of 2015 and right in June of 2011, knees totally replaced by Dr. Lebby. He is an amazing surgeon. He is very straight forward and yet he is very caring. If you do exactly what he tells you and expects of you, your recovery will go a lot smoother. It is important to exercise before your surgery to build up your strength in your good knee as it will help you in your recovery. The therapy is no walk in the park, but you will get through it if you are willing to work hard. My left knee was just replaced in June 2015 and I am simply amazed at my rapid progress as compared to 2011 when my right knee was done. The difference is unreal. The therapy was much faster and the knee is working great. I highly recommend a visit with Dr. Lebby's if you are considering a total knee replacement.
Dr. Lebby is very knowledgeable about which devices are better than others. He takes his time to explain which device is best for you. His staff is very helpful with any questions you may have. If they don't know the answer they will help you to get it. The total knee replacement journey is a team process. You are part of the team as well as Dr. Lebby's and his assistant Dana. You must all work hard together to achieve the best outcome from your surgery.
