Here at Diamonds Event our motto is “celebrating all life’s special moments”, so that about sums it up for us! Life is a gift; every moment counts and we love celebrating them, big AND small. We offer a variety of event planning, design and coordination services for weddings and other special occasions. I believe that love is in the details and those special touches are what make your event a true reflection of who you are…so we don’t believe in following trends, what you should do, what you shouldn’t do, what mom wants you to do… I want to work with you to create an event that is uniquely yours. I also believe that your event is much more than pretty things… it’s about creating memories that will last a lifetime. Just Get Me Started – The DIY Bride Special Even if you are a Do-It-Yourself (DIY) Bride and don’t want or need a lot of planning services, we can help you get started. At Diamonds Event, the DIY bride is always welcome! We provide 3 meetings, up to three hours to help you get started and the tools to stay on track. Wedding Planning Services include, but are not limited to the following: · Help developing your budget · Finding your wedding style · Event tracking tools · Custom planning tool to help show you where to go from here based on the meeting · Vendor recommendations · Budget savvy advice Wedding Day Coordination Even if you’ve checked everything off your list, a Wedding Day Coordinator is a necessity so that everyone, especially you, the bride, can relax and enjoy the most precious moments you’ve been working toward. Wedding Planning Services include, but are not limited to the following: · Consultation and continuous communication · Vendor contact to confirm day-of details (2 week prior to wedding) · Wedding day timeline, contact list, and management of all details from start to finish, keeping the day on schedule · Event schedule for your wedding party and family · Conducting wedding rehearsal and ceremony logistics (including altar arrangements if needed) · Management of wedding reception, including directing vendors · Acting as a liaison between bride, family, and vendors Partial Wedding Planning If you've started the process but aren't sure what to do next. Partial Wedding Planning can be anywhere in between Full Wedding Production and Wedding Day Coordination. Let us create the right package for you, wherever you are in the planning process. WEDDING PLANNING SERVICES Initial Consultation The initial consultation is just to get to know you and to find out more about you. This initial consultation will help you decide which Diamonds Event package is right for you. Prior to this meeting, you will receive a Bridal questionnaire that will help us and you identify your taste, your style, your budget, and vision, so that we can make the most of our time together and give you a starting point for your planning even if you choose not to utilize our services. This consultation usually lasts about 1 hour. - Your initial consultation is completely free.
